The Face of America Tour
Welcome to the World TEAM Sports 2010 Face of America bike ride to honor our military—injured, veterans and active duty personnel, and the true American Spirit of indomitable will power. Unlike previous years, this year’s ride will kick off from the nation’s capitol before embarking on a historical journey to Gettysburg, Pa. Face of America is more than a bike ride, it is an opportunity to share stories and build camaraderie with nearly 300 other participants.
This event is important to me because all too often, our returning personnel do not receive the support and encouragement they need in order to adjust to life back home. The Face of America allows for a number of people to ride with and support men and women who through their sheer will-power and determination, will transform themselves and the way everyday people view athletic accomplishments.
I am humbly honored to be allowed to participate and ride alongside my brothers and sisters in arms.
